Registration
Registration is required for all
participants of SiPS 2019.
At least one author of accepted paper must
be registered for the conference at the
NON-STUDENT RATE by August 20.
Failure to do so will result in the removal
of the paper from the Technical Program and
the Proceedings. Each full registration
covers up to THREE papers. A fourth paper
should be registered as an additional paper. The final paper
(in PDF) should be uploaded in the registration system by August 20.
An accepted paper must be presented on site in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
If the participants have companions with
them to the conference, the companions could
register at Companion rate.
Banquet Ticket is not included in discounted
Student, Companion, or Life Member
Registrations, which could be added
separately. Tutorials on Oct. 20, 2019 and
Half Day Tour (A visit to Niushou Mountain) on Oct. 23, 2019 are
additionally charged. Anyone who wants to
join them needs to register the conference
first.
A conference invitation letter can be
requested as part of the registration
process if needed.
All registration fees and payment are
non-refundable and include GST.

IEEE No Show Policy
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
